Fantastic Family Hotel

We found this hotel by chance when looking for a location and a hotel that would tick a variety of boxes. It ticked them all. Great family hotel that really caters for small children although all children activities are in Italian. However, staff some spoke English so would have been doable. But not important for us as was never the plan to put our little one into these . Busy but not crazy and a real Italian experience... we were the only British. Room was spacious and clean. Good pool and beach facilities all included. Food was excellent with a good choice for all meals. Really enjoyed our stay and planning to go back in 2017.

Very nice hotel... clean... we came back again next year, the hotel is... very conforteble... the food, is very genuine end the taste in excellent, the operator are kindle end eny things you need are ready too help youa... at the ecepition, they are wonderfoul.. end the man to control end clean end receve the coustumars.. is very kindle.

The perfect solution for families

We have been coming here for 6 years now and every time we feel welcomed warm heartily by Elena, Angela, Leila, Vitalba and Nicolas. This year we had a nice surprised to see Chiara (ex entertainer) at the bar. With her smiles and laugh always ready to serve a delicious coffee 😉. As always Francesco and his team are very welcoming at the restaurant and always available to satisfy any special request we had. And the couple Giuseppes offered a wide variations of meals and delicious as always! And the entertainment… what to say .. as always great. Having 2 children with 9 years difference between them (9 and 18), it has always been a challenge to find a hotel that satisfies both their interests .. and that is exactly what serenissima family hotel offers!! Last but not least, the cleaning service was great too, the only remark is that it would be nice to have the sheets changes after 7 days.
